Overall, I rate this course 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the trainer’s delivery style and simplicity are truly commendable. Even though CISSP concepts are quite challenging to understand, the trainer manages to keep everyone engaged and explains the topics very effectively.The learning platform is also very simple, flexible, and user-friendly. Initially, I had enrolled in a costlier course and made a part payment. However, the Simplilearn team suggested opting for a year-end offer, which was around ₹50,000 less than the earlier option.One thing that really stood out to me was the professionalism of the team—they refunded my initial part payment within a few days without any hassle. This experience clearly reflects their customer-centric approach and commitment to learners.

I joined the Cyber Security Expert Master’s Program to upskill for my IT security role. The instructors were seasoned professionals with deep knowledge of ethical hacking and risk management. The practical labs on Kali Linux and Wireshark made learning hands-on. I even landed a promotion afterward.

My experience in this bootcamp was very good Ajit sir was very helpful. He thought many things aside from the course about career, he also shared many of his experience with us which was very helpful. He gave many practical and real life examples which helped in understanding topics easily. I would Love to have another class with him    

It's really good and intresting while listening to the class. And the trainer is also  good in knowledge sharing.  The classes that are on going are very much engaging and easy to understandable.

Instructor is good but content need to be mature enough. More in detail current cybersecurity in depth topic so far in most cases i found this course is lot basic and expecting more practical current cyber security related topics

While the course content was decent, everything after enrolling has been a complete disaster. It has been six months since completing the course, and I am still waiting for my certificate. Despite raising multiple tickets, sending countless emails, and making follow-up calls, I have received no concrete resolution—only empty promises.This is not just a delay; it reflects the worst after-sales service I have ever encountered. While enrolling, they make big promises and paint a rosy picture, but once you're in, you realize it’s all a blunder. Their support is unresponsive, and their processes are unreliable.This isn’t the first course I’ve taken with Simplilearn, but after this experience, it will certainly be the last. No learner should have to go through this ordeal, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid Simplilearn. There are far better alternatives out there with reliable support and professional service.If Simplilearn cannot even issue certificates on time or respond adequately to learner concerns, they have no business calling themselves an edtech leader. The program covers a wide range of topics, including network security, cryptography, secure software development, security testing and assessment, incident response, and digital forensics. I had an amazing experience learning cybersecurity under the guidance of Binayak Prasad Gupta at Simplilearn.
