I was a teacher for 7 years and knew nothing about customer success, or anything outside of the world of education. The content was so easy to understand and the self paced layout was perfect for my busy, sleep deprived life at the moment, as I started this course RIGHT AFTER having a baby. I felt prepared and ready to enter an entirely new world after finishing this course! Along the way I had a few questions, and Elizabeth was always so quick to respond and help. After 16 years of teaching middle school, I really needed a change. After already having a Master's degree in education, I had contemplated going back to college in my 40's to start a new career. Enter Aspireship! I'm forever grateful for Aspireship because it transformed my career path towards becoming a Customer Success Manager. I took both the Aspireship CSM1, CSM2, and the SaaS courses, and I cannot recommend them more. $180 was a VERY SMALL investment in myself to explore new career opportunities in the tech industry. Most other bootcamps are much more expensive. I've taken a lot of LinkedIn learning courses also as the teacher in me is a life-long learner, but I always came back to the Aspireship videos in the content library because they are put together extremely well. They didn't feel like they were talking at me or a boring lecture--much more of a discussion with leaders in the industry. Reasons Aspireship is great: *It is self-paced. The digital platform's flexibility is streamlined and self-paced learning. You can do it on your own terms while still working a full-time job. *Lessons were enlightening and more interesting than other LinkedIn learning courses*The program's affordability is really refreshing. *Each video lesson is typically between 30-60 minutes and then there is a 5 question quiz for the section. *The final exam has practice scenarios that a CSM could encounter, where I recorded a mock video of myself playing the role as a CSM. These scenarios prepared me well for job interviews.*Aspireship also offers 1-1 candidate support with interview prep sessions (extra fee). I did this one time because I just hadn't interviewed in a long time. Aspireship gave me pointed answers on how to answer the question of why I wanted to leave teaching and be a CSM. *Once you've passed their courses, hiring partner's can see your match profile, substantially boosting your employment prospects. and help you get a job.*Employees seem genuinely wanting to help you get a job in the tech industry.*They use Slack to help connect with other job seekers on the same journey. The job search is extremely lonely so it helps to find a buddy who is also in the same boat. *They continually are rolling out new things. Since I joined they added a CSM intensive course, a SaaS intensive course, and a RevOps course. I cannot recommend Aspireship more! For the money, you get a whole lot of value and a supportive community that will cheer for you when you break into the tech industry.

I enrolled in the Customer Success Foundations course through Aspireship to level up my CS skill set. My first career was as a small business owner and mental health professional. My learning experience with Aspireship taught me relevant CS skills, connected me to important voices in the CS space, and gave me confidence in my ability to translate my psychology expertise into a CS role. I recently had the pleasure of attending Asipreship, and I must say it was an incredible experience. I recently completed the SaaS Customer Success course and accepted my first CS job. The course content is very helpful for gaining a foundation of understanding of the field, and it was convenient to be able to complete at my own pace. As someone making a career transition, it equipped me with the language to translate my skills and previous work experience to the requirements of a CSM. The final assessments were useful for interview prep, as you had to role play common scenarios a CSM might face. I also appreciated the support of the Aspireship team. They were always quick to respond to my questions and technical issues, and enthusiastic about engaging on LinkedIn. The live events they hosted were also incredibly useful and speakers were engaging. Overall, I would highly recommend this course!
