Coding 101

I signed up for the coding 101 course to get myself ready for the FSWD, Data Science & Applied AI course.  This course was a nice eye opener into the world of coding.  The literature was easy to understand, the work was challenging and fun.  

I recommend people, who are interested in coding but don’t know how to take the first step, to join this free course. Coding 101 is easy-to-follow introductory course that allows you to  have a brief picture of what coding is. Love their style of teaching—simple, straightforward, organised and fun.

I found the curriculum at Altcademy to be very easy to follow and understand. The mentorship provided was also very responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend this online coding bootcamp to anyone looking for a comprehensive and beginner-friendly learning experience.

Coding 101 gives you a clear overview of all the basics you need to know being new in the programming stuff, it included nice exercises, explanatory videos and good assignments divided among 5 days (or if you want, you can complete it in less than that). I've learned really valuable concepts that I've heard before but I did not their meaning or application. Also, I've received feedback everyday from my assignments, it made me feel listened and motivated to complete the course. I highly recommend it!

I feel happy and encouraged for having solved the 10th level algorithm and for having been reminded of the counting algorithm. I have gained some general overview of the web development's background. I think days 3 and 5 may contain a little more information in relation to learning the trade. Cheers

Coding 101 is a good introduction into a programmer's mindset and how the course might support you if you choose this pathway. It provides several opportunities to think and reflect, has interesting information about coders' thinking, and also allows to dabble with a bit of code in a fun exercise. 

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn the basics of coding! I had no prior knowledge of computers or programming, but this course was really interesting and useful in laying out the basics. It's a short course, but it's packed with a lot of useful information for someone like me.

Coding 101 is a fun little course that teaches you the very basics of programming. You will learn about binary numbers, loops, conditions, and try to use them in a maze solving game. This has got me wanting to learn more programming. Everyone should do it, it's free!

Coding 101 made me finally realize that coding is not this scary monster I always thought it was. Coding is learnable and actually super exciting to be learned! The lessons are fun and well explained. It was the push I needed to have the courage to take a full coding course. 100% recommend!

Fantastic starter course for anyone who is interested in learning about programming. The course is divided into 5 days and covers basic concepts such as what is coding, binary numbers, programming structures, how to solve complex problems, and actual coding exercises. I had a great time solving the maze exercise and will continue to take more free coding courses because of this.

This is a short and sweet intro to coding course and it's free. Everyday it will teach you a new concept and ask you to complete assignments. It also serves as a preview of their platform and paid programs. It was an eye opening experience for someone who has zero idea about coding. Definitely recommend.

I really like the little course for people who have little to or no experience with coding. It's a great gateway to learn a little bit of coding and how it can open up to more job opportunities because a lot of things are already done by computer. This was a great exposure of what is coding and such.
