I attended le Wagon from January 2023 to March 2023 and I am very happy with my decision to take their Web Dev course. The teachers are very knowledgeable, approachable, kind and patient. The way the program is set up helps to reinforce the material we have learned; there is a lecture in the morning, coding challenges during the day, then a review/live code in the evening. The staff also set up events and activities that help build friendships and teamwork. The campus is inviting and I felt right at home from day one.At the end of the program there is a group project where you collaborate with up to 4 people to build a web app. The teachers help you along the way to produce a great product. After the web app demo day, there is a career week. During this week, they help you set up your Linkedin page, write a cv and start to network with jobs during a career fair. With the Slack app, we stay in touch and get notifications on networking events. One thing that I would like to see for this program is perhaps an internship where the students can continue to develop their skills and help them to find employment. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn to code in a structured way!

I'm from Batch #1015. Those with no prior knowledge or new into tech industry will greatly benefit from this bootcamp. You will graduate with good programming fundamentals(RESTful, OOP), build a live project from scratch(Frontend, Backend & Database) to showcase, get close support from your instructors and create many great connections. With the help of the bootcamp, I was able to land a job in the IT industry.

Attending Le Wagon's web development bootcamp was a game-changer for me. The teaching method was brilliant, with challenges that made learning new concepts a blast. By encouraging us to be curious and conduct our own research, Le Wagon fostered a sense of autonomy and a love for lifelong learning. The instructors and teacher assistants were amazing, always approachable and friendly. Their expertise, patience, and passion for teaching were evident in every interaction. They were always approachable, ready to help and guide us through any challenges we faced. The class had a fantastic vibe, and we built an incredible community. Plus, the buddy system was a genius idea, helping us learn even more in just nine weeks by working everyday with someone new.I've discovered a genuine passion for web development and can't wait to dive into a field that excites me so much.

I joined Le Wagon as part of my sabbatical year from my undergraduate studies. I started with no knowledge on how to code and left the bootcamp as a confident Ruby on Rails software developer. It was an intense experience and required to be all hands on deck for 9 weeks but everyone was supporting each other. The amount of support you will have in between peers is quite impressive and shows how everyone is committed to graduating as a group. You will have a good understanding of Ruby but learning other languages will definitely require some independent work. The community is definitely there to help you upskill on your side, jobs are also frequently posted on the Slack channels. I definitely recommend anyone willing to start coding to join Le Wagon, it's given me the confidence to start my career in tech and I look forward to combine my legal studies with my tech knowledge!

I had an amazing time during my nine weeks with Le Wagon. The course is brilliant and structured in a very fast paced way, and although it's very intense at times, it's incredibly rewarding. Once you reach the projects period it's amazing to see everything you have learnt come together as you build two separate projects, the last of which you present on the final day!
The curriculum was great, it focuses mainly on Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework, along with HTML and CSS, databases, and a small amount of JavaScript. You have a lecture each morning, a full day of coding challenges, and then a 1 hour live code, where you work through a difficult coding challenge together as a class with the same teacher who taught the morning's lecture. The curriculum covers Ruby, Object-Oriented Programming, databases, front-end, Rails, and then you combine everything to build your projects.
I would recommend keeping JavaScript in the back of your mind as you will hear it mentioned a lot. I think the amount you learn in the course is perfect as a foundation and for motivating you to go forward after the bootcamp and expand on it, which is exactly what me and a few of my batchmates are currently doing together. The amount you learn is plenty for building your final project, and with the knowledge you have from the bootcamp you will find it much easier to learn any other programming languages and frameworks of your choosing afterwards.
The teachers and TAs exceeded all of my expectations, they were friendly and approachable and all of them immensely knowledgeable on the subjects we worked with. Not only were they incredible at what they did, but individually as people they were all so kind, patient, understanding, and funny. Being able to chat casually to not only teachers and TAs but also other, non-technical staff members creates such an incredible environment, you really feel like you know everyone and they know you, proven by the fact that staff would remember me and call me by my name even if I hadn't seen them in a few weeks, and after they had met with and spoken to so many other people on campus - it was incredible.
I commuted around 3.5 hours a day in total, every day for the full nine weeks, and it was so worth it. The amount you can get out of a nine week course is incredible, and every day was fun, challenging, and unique in its own way. I recommend being on time, being consistent, asking relevant questions during lectures, and working hard to get the most out of the course. I'd recommend the course to anyone interested, I'm over the moon with my decision!
The curriculum was brilliant, but the experience as a whole includes so much more than learning to code! The friends and connections you make, the lifetime access to the platform you use during the bootcamp and also the Slack channel with over 20,000 members, the various social events you can attend, the opportunity to meet so many new, interesting people, the weekly pilates sessions and tech talks that take place during the lunch breaks, there is simply so much offered in 9 weeks, it's absolutely amazing. I'm amazed at how much I grew both personally and professionally during the bootcamp. All of this is why I refer to Le Wagon as a life-changing experience!

I highly recommend Le Wagon's 9-week web development bootcamp. It's a 9-weeks full-time on-site course that fully immerges you into this world. I came from having some engineering experience but wanted to build my foundational knowledge and further my understanding. Plenty of my cohort were completely new to coding and picked things up really well. Each day starts with a lecture of up to 2 hours, with breaks, and led by a variety of difference lecturers. I found this particularly valuable as the variety of teaching styles helped to keep our attention and focus. After lecture, you're buddied up with a peer to work through challenges based on the topic of the lecture. You can go at your own pace and when you [inevitably] get stuck, the teaching assistants (TA) are always on hand to guide you and are super helpful. At the end of the day, we'd all have a live code challenge to solve. On some days this was a stuggle as your brain is fried, but I found that it also clarified and answered any problems from the day. The last three weeks are focused on a couple of projects which is more akin to how you will be working as a developer. This is a chance to build an app within a small team of your peers and put everything you've learnt into practice. By far, the best part of the course. After the course is done, (optional but encouraged) careers week is super helpful to set you up for your job search. The campus itself feels like a start-up office - a large open space, communal kitchen, coffee machines, Friday drinks and birthday cakes. If you're lucky, you'll have some doggo visitors too.The web portal and resources that Le Wagon provide are excellent. You will retain access to everything you've covered and there are many more tutorials and guides to continue your learning. Le Wagon's alumni is also something not to be overlooked. During my job search I have reached out to people I have never met and they have been incredibly helpful, just because I'm part of this community <3So in summary, I loved it. I learned tonnes. I have made friends and I feel set up for my career as a developer.

I had an amazing time at Le Wagon. The course material was very interesting and engaging. I always enjoyed coming in every day and working with my buddy to learn something new and to apply the new concept in my coding for the day. I particularly enjoyed project weeks, working together in a team to build create an app and take it to production. I would highly recommend Le Wagon to anyone wanting to pursue a career in Web Development.

I came from the US to do the Web Development Bootcamp in Madrid and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I feel like I learned a really great base for web development to start off a new career, and Le Wagon made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed as a student and as someone living in a new city. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and outgoing, the instructors are very knowledgeable and always available for questions and the way the bootcamp is structured, with lots of hands-on experience, really helped me feel comfortable with coding.

The Le Wagon training program in Lyon is an exceptional experience for those seeking to learn web development. The 9-week intensive course covers key technologies including Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate, providing an immersive and collaborative learning environment. I appreciated the hands-on approach of the program, which allowed me to gain real-world experience working on practical projects. Moreover, the support team was always available to help and provide guidance. Overall, I highly recommend Le Wagon to anyone interested in pursuing a career in web development.

My advice is to do it if you want to get into code. The program is really well-structured and the only thing I would add was more time in JavaScript. The bootcamp is fast-paced and intense. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed, but it is normal, so ask questions to your colleagues and teachers whenever you feel stuck. All the teachers, staff and colleagues were super friendly and helpful. Studying online may actually be cheaper, but I think in the end, I wouldn't have learned not even half of the program taught in the bootcamp, and it would take me a lot more time and effort. I really enjoyed the experience, and I only regret postponing for so long.

They treat this as a school but also like a workplace where we need to be professional. It is clear that they are passionate about their work and the students. The group of students chosen for this batch were phenomenal. It was a fantastic group where everyone got along and treated each other with respect.Le Wagon teaches more than just coding. We learn how to manage a project from beginning to end, how to collaborate in a team and how to communicate with others. Moreover, they have great post bootcamp help for resume making, networking and job hunting.I would definetely recommend this bootcamp!
